For those of you who are new here, WWLD stands for What Would Lisa Do! I bring almost 20 years of generalist HR experience across a wide array of industries. My in-house expertise predominantly lies in marketing, advertising, and social sectors.

In late 2019, I made the significant leap from my role as an HR Director to a consultancy. My main drive was to be able to support more businesses; to drive their people agenda forward, with forward-thinking strategies that set them apart from the rest. 

Five years in, I can say that I am hugely proud of all the clients I have supported and continue to support. I continue to offer a non-traditional HR approach that is more creative, relevant and commercial. I only work with the best partners in the industry to bolster WWLD's services when required, to ensure all clients are in good hands.
